HACCP ("Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points"), translated as hazard analysis and critical control points, is used worldwide as a system of preventive measures designed to ensure the safety of food and meals throughout all activities related to production, processing, storage, handling, transportation, and sale to the final consumer.
