1. Dera-Pro s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller") processes your personal data necessary for the proper performance of its activities (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”).
2. The Controller processes Personal Data solely for the purposes of preparing a price offer and fulfilling obligations arising from business cooperation.
3. Personal Data will not be provided to third parties without your consent.
4. Personal Data will be processed by the Controller for the duration of the contract and subsequently retained for the period necessary to fulfill the Controller’s archiving obligations.
5. In accordance with personal data protection regulations, you have:
   1. The right of access to Personal Data. You may request information at any time about the purposes of processing, the scope of data processed, who has access to it, how long it will be processed, and its source.
   2. The right to rectification of Personal Data. You may request correction or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data.
   3. The right to erasure of Personal Data. The Controller must delete Personal Data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and there is no legal reason for further processing.
   4. The right to restriction of processing. If there are disputes regarding processing, you may request limitation of processing. The Controller may only store the data until the issue is resolved.
   5. The right to data portability. You have the right to obtain Personal Data in a structured, written, and machine-readable format.
   6. The right to object to processing. You may submit a written or electronic objection. The Controller must stop processing unless it demonstrates legitimate grounds overriding your rights.
6. You may exercise all your rights with the Controller in writing, either by registered mail to Chudenická 1059/30, 102 00 Prague 10 - Hostivař, or electronically via email: info@dera-pro.cz.
7. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection at: www.uoou.cz.
8. Providing Personal Data is required for fulfilling contractual obligations or legal requirements. Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to conclude a contract.
9. If the Controller uses Personal Data for purposes other than those stated here, it will promptly inform you of the new purpose and provide all necessary information.
